Our Chefs, Stefano Pierini and Nicola Vizzarri, offer you a range of healthy and tasty dishes made from the products of our local farmers, recipes linked to the natural cycle of the seasons and agricultural production of our land. Seasonal dishes based on natural ingredients, guaranteed free from preservatives and colourings as created using only the best produce from our local farms.
