The Bottega di Stigliano actively promotes training courses in gastronomical culture and short food supply chain cultivations. The Horticulture School is a chance to learn through practicing ancient knowhow, continuing the tradition of local cultivations. The land around the Bottega di Stigliano has been set up as a Horticulture School in order to share and develop tge research and rich culinary tradition of our land working directly on it.
