Chef at Home was born from an idea by Stefano Pierini, with proven and decennial experience in the culinary sector, with his preparation he decided to offer his knowledge for the organization of large and small events related to food and wine and above all to the traditions of the territory of Siena.
Cooking is a noble art that comes at the end of an important process of cultivation and transformation of quality agricultural products. With this conviction, chef Stefano Pierini has activated and manages the Bottega di Stigliano project as the leader of the temporary association of the same name. It deals with the transformation and marketing of short supply chain products and manages the shop and restaurant, using products from more than 80% of primary agricultural producers that are part of the ATS.
